At our North Buffalo location, we offer spring rolls, a “Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrap”, our “Last Dragon Tacos” and “Roasted Cauliflower Tacos” that can all be served in corn tortillas. Our “Caprese Pizza Salad” can be prepared with gluten-free dough, our burger can be served on a gluten-free roll, we use corn chips for our nachos, and we offer gluten-free coating for our chicken wings! (There is no gluten-friendly fryer at this location) At our Amherst location, we offer gluten-friendly wings.

We do have a gluten-free coating but it’s fried in a fryer that has also fried items with gluten so therefore they are not 100% gluten-free.

Our wings are lightly coated.

Our dairy-free sauces are Wingnutz Medium, Wingnutz Hot, Cajun, and Asian Apricot.

First, we want to note that all of our sauces are made homemade. Our 3 Buffalo sauces are similar to your typical buffalo sauces! Our Wingnutz Mild is our most popular flavor and is sweet with a touch of heat! Our Wingnutz Medium and Wingnutz Hot are house favorites and both bring some serious heat.

 Ed & Alicia are still very actively involved in the Wingnutz operation! They make sauce every week and frequently make an appearance at our North Buffalo location to see all our Wingy Fanz! Make sure to try and catch Ed to sign his book!

Our North Buffalo location offers over 100 seats of inside dining and a patio for 30 when weather permits. All food & drink orders will be paid separately. You seat yourself wherever you would like and can order food through the QR code at your table or you can go up to the register and order with a server. All of the drinks (both alcohol and pop) must be ordered at the bar with one of the bartenders. The tables are first come first serve, so if you plan on coming on a Friday or Saturday we suggest getting there a little bit earlier in the day! Our Amherst location has 40 outdoor picnic table seats that you are welcome to eat at.
